Shipping Policy

- Each jewelry piece is made-to-order. All orders received Friday after 3pm PST will be processed the following business day. 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? 

- We ship to P.O. Boxes. Both domestically and internationally via USPS. 

What is your domestic shipping policy?

- All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS (if a P.O. Box address is provided)

- Once an order is received, please allow 5-7 business days for production. Shipping fee will be calculated at Checkout. 

- Paul Jewelry, INC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, once it is marked as "signed and delivered" by shipping courier.  

Do you ship internationally?

- Yes, we do. All international orders are shipped via UPS. 

Note: For international shipments, client is responsible for all taxes/duties that are required when going through customs. Shipping rates do not include local customs, duties or taxes that may apply to you.
